All items being returned to or exchanged by Grá Mór, must be returned
in an as sold condition within 14 days of collection or receipt of shipment
to receive a refund or exchange (exchange policies may vary at
seasonal times).

Across Ireland and the UK we will need to charge a £4 fee for
exchanges but for Europe and the rest of the world exchanges will not
be possible (we recommend returning the item and placing a new order).

To avoid issues, we will be happy to discuss size/colours before the

To request a refund please first email us at [email protected]
and provide proof of purchase. We will then provide an address for
shipping (shipping costs are at the customers expense, please obtain
proof of postage and forward it to us). Once we have received and
inspected the item a refund will be processed if applicable via the
original method of payment.
